Hi! I’m Melissa O'Malley, a full-spectrum certified birth and postpartum doula, ceremonialist, and self-proclaimed “Professional Witch.” With experience supporting births in both hospital and home, I am devoted to empowering birthing parents and their partners by centering your voice, honoring your unique needs, and providing grounded, evidence-based care from pregnancy through the fourth trimester and beyond.

I bring a unique blend of spirituality and science to my care, integrating evidence-based practices with rituals that honor the sacredness of birth and the individuality of each birther. I deeply respect the raw, untamed nature of the birthing experience and am dedicated to walking beside you, offering informed and compassionate care through one of life’s most transformative journeys.

Trained and certified by Peaceful Birth Company, I offer a generous and comprehensive doula package to ensure you feel held, supported, and deeply connected every step of the way.

As a ceremonialist, I also host Village Prenatal Circles, Mother’s Blessing Ceremonies, and Postpartum Closing Ceremonies to create meaningful rituals that honor your journey into and through parenthood. My background in clinical counseling allows me to hold trauma-informed space with compassion and insight, a foundation that ultimately led me to embrace my role as a guide and helper in the birth world.

When I’m not supporting families, you’ll likely find me facilitating healing circles, practicing tarot, gazing at the moon with my children, and connecting with my community.
