Classes are taught by several PBC members, including Katy Iengo who brings a uniquely personal element to the class. Having used the method herself for her two births and drawing on her experiences as a mother and birth doula, Katy will prepare you and your partner for birth with honesty, humor, and a wealth of passion. You will leave this class with a renewed sense of calm, confidence, and excitement as you anticipate the birth of your baby. Typically open to a maximum of 10 couples.

Bodyfeeding Group Class (Wednesdays)

Are you planning on bodyfeeding (aka nursing or breastfeeding) and feel overwhelmed by the amount of conflicting information? Join us in this comprehensive class covering all things bodyfeeding! Learn the science, the mechanics, the hormones, and the tips and tricks we’ve learned as Certified Lactation Counselors to help get you off on the right foot on your journey to feed your baby. With education, information, and support, it can be a joyful, fulfilling experience rather than a traumatic one.

This session is on Wednesdays 3/30 and 4/6 from 5:30-7pm.

This class is $50 for those who took our HypnoBirthing class, $100 for those who didn't, and free for our Salud Medicaid patients.
