I’m a free-spirited and devoted mother of 4. I have a strong intuitive sense which allows me to read a room while assisting with the energetic balance. I hold a strong presence with a gentle touch. My nurturing personality is a characteristic of my True Nature. I’m a bringer of light as well as movement. I’m passionate about research and community and using both to facilitate a more positive birthing experience. I’m a firm believer that it takes a village to birth and raise a child. I’d be honored to be a part of your village!

My life long commitment to dance is a tool I will utilize throughout the birthing process. My strong communication skills will work to our advantage as we work together to build a strong birthing plan and prepare you for your birth. I am excited about both birth doula work AND postpartum doula support. can’t wait to meet you and support you through a transformative birthing experience!
