Class description:
This Saturday series is an invitation to birthing people and their partners to understand the birth process, your options, and yourself as you prepare to welcome your baby. You’ll learn the physiological process of labor and birth, how to communicate with your provider, and what comfort and coping measures will work best for you. This class supports all birth choices and settings, including home, birth center, and hospital births. Topics include the physiological process of labor, advocacy tools, non-medical and medical interventions, and evidence-based newborn and postpartum care. You’ll leave with practical skills and confidence in making informed choices throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Class size is limited to 10 families to ensure personalized attention and space for reflection, questions, and community.
