Prenatal course on infant sleep for expectant parents
Are you preparing to welcome your baby and want to feel confident about supporting their sleep from the very beginning and set yourself up for success without sleep training? Sleep deprivation can take a toll on every part of life, from your wellbeing to your relationships. While night wakings are a normal part of infant sleep, understanding how sleep really works and how to respond in a gentle, supportive way can make the journey much easier.
If you see yourself as the type of parent that values a strong bond with your baby, don’t feel comfortable with “cry-it-out” methods, and want a more natural, attachment-focused approach to sleep, this course is designed for you!
We are so excited to offer this unique prenatal sleep class to learn how to support your baby’s sleep with confidence, connection, and calm — setting yourself and your baby up for success from day one without having to use any sleep training strategies or having to leave your baby to cry.
In this course, you’ll discover:
- Gentle sleep strategies for babies 0–6 months, rooted in connection
- Safe sleep practices and an introduction to safer bedsharing
- What to expect from normal infant sleep
- How infant sleep works and develops
- Recognizing sleep cues and preventing overtiredness
- The role of secure attachment and responsiveness
- Co-regulation
- Supportive tools for parents
